📦 What Items Can Be Returned?

Our team will review and get back to you within 48 hours

If approved, we’ll arrange for a reverse pickup or guide you on how to ship the item back
💰 Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

If your order was Cash on Delivery, we will refund via UPI or bank transfer
🔁 Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If your item is eligible, you can return it and place a new order.
