Return and refund policy

At Velvet Vibe, your satisfaction is our priority. We aim to make your shopping experience smooth and worry-free. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


📦 What Items Can Be Returned?

We accept returns only if:

  • You received a wrong item

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • You received an incomplete shipment (missing items)

To be eligible for return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • You must raise a return request within 3 days of delivery


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Beauty or skincare products

  • Used or opened items

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Products damaged due to misuse


🔄 Return Process

  1. Email us at velvetvibecare@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91-9996637506
    within 3 days of receiving your order

  2. Share your:

    • Order ID

    • Product photos (showing the issue)

    • Brief description of the problem

  3. Our team will review and get back to you within 48 hours

  4. If approved, we’ll arrange for a reverse pickup or guide you on how to ship the item back


💰 Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • If your order was Cash on Delivery, we will refund via UPI or bank transfer


🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If your item is eligible, you can return it and place a new order.


❗Important Notes

  • Velvet Vibe reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet policy conditions

  • If your return is denied, the product will be sent back to you

  • We are not responsible for delays in courier service during return shipping
